New Plants for 2014 - II

So how did my plants do?

Very well I'd said and aphid free too. I planted 4 bulbs and 2 has sprouted. Not sure about the other 2. Late bloomers or dead? Well if they are dead, they will be fertilizer. I must say I am very very happy with the progress to date even though I have no idea which flower sprouted. I planted 2 different types in it.

Encouraged by my current success I bought another plant that is on sale in Safeway. This is a common tropical plant in Bolehland. I have planted this before in my Old Klang Road days. My mum planted this before, thus I don't fore see any difficulty looking after this little thing.

I bought 2 small pots to house my Portulaca and what I never expect is Churro thinking this is his new poop hole. One day uncle asked me to come over and have a look at my plants - with a vengeance glee I might add. The bloody rabbit dug out my plants and poop in it.

For his efforts, I pinned him down by his ears and whacked his butt. I doubted he felt it as he hasn't shed his winter fur. For added measure, and thanks to uncle - I have shifted my plants to the planting table and away from his jumping range where they can flourish.

I have high hopes for this little pot.
